1. No transaction or "purchase" by consumer shall mean a sale or transfer of ownership or copyright to the "buyer." All such "purchases" are payment for the licensed use to temporarily view an item. By making any transaction, you agree to pay for that transaction. In addition to the licensing fee for viewing, there may include other carrier charges, fees, or costs, which are all your sole responsibility. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

2. Upon our receipt of the license fee you pay, our obligation shall be to post the virtual gift for viewing plus any accompanying message from you onto the recipient's cellular phone and or website application. The delivery of the virtual gift for viewing and accompanying text message, if any, shall be our only obligation.

3.
